Asure ID Exchange gives you the ability to design, print and manage the cards you create, and share your card data over a network. It also has the advanced capability to manage, control and write multiple applications' information to your cards.
Various card design and printing capabilities. Asure ID Exchange card software provides you a comprehensive toolset of features that include duplex (dual-side) card design, batch printing, and unlimited card templates and field creation.
Create professional-looking, feature-rich cards with Asure ID Exchange by adding a magnetic stripe, smart chip, and/or 1-D or 2-D barcodes. (Asure ID Exchange is one of few software programs that allows encoding of facial images in Datastrip's 2-D barcode symbology.) Moreover, add a 'personal touch' to your plastic cards by including your cardholder's photo, signature and/or fingerprint!
The Asure ID Exchange card software allows you to set conditional design and print rules. For example, if you want to clearly distinguish the students of your high school by grade level, you can create a rule to print a blue background for all Senior class members, a red background for Junior class members, etc.
Effortless data sharing and management with advanced tools. With Asure ID Exchange, you have the ability to save (and search for) an almost unlimited number of records using a pre-configured Microsoft Access or SQL database. Asure ID Exchange record storage capability also enables you to produce the reporting that you need with standard and/or customizable reports - both exportable to Microsoft Excel.
Asure ID Exchange allows your company to easily operate over its network. Via additional site licenses, users can create, update and maintain multiple records in real time.
Take advantage of Asure ID's exclusive Live Link tool that allows for multiple table, bi-directional data exchange with alternate databases and applications in real time. With Live Link, you are also able to store photos internally or in a separate folder - making them accessible to your other applications.
Asure ID Exchange is Internet-enabled in order to allow secure transfer of your card data to an Asure ID Card Service Bureau for primary or backup card production. Its easy and means that you can produce cards no matter what.
