What is idenx.com’s relationship with Diebold, Incorporated?
Idenx.com is an e-commerce Web site of Diebold Security, a full-service security systems integrator and business unit of Diebold, Incorporated.

Is the ordering process secured?
Yes. Our website uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology to protect your information. The process is totally secured from beginning to end.

How do I place an order?
There are two easy ways to place an order:

Web: Since you are already at the site, you can browse through the products using the navigation buttons on the left side of the page. When you find a product you would like to purchase, select the correct quantity and click “Add to Cart.” If there are other products you would like to add to your cart, click the “Continue Shopping” button on the left side of the page.

Phone: Call 866.437.3130 and speak with one of our expert representatives. They will ask you a series of questions to make sure you get the exact supplies you are looking for.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Do you accept purchase orders online?
No, we do not accept purchase orders online. Please call 866.437.3130 to use a purchase order.

After I place my order, can I check its status?
Yes, you can check your order status within 24 working hours (M-F). Most orders ship within three to five business days. Contact customer service if you require additional information.

How do I get my tracking number?
Call 866.437.3130 if to obtain your tracking number.

What is your return policy?
Idenx is committed to your complete satisfaction.  We strive to process your order accurately and timely, however we understand that sometimes there are factors beyond our control that may lead to a return. The following is how we deal with these instances:

Equipment:  If the equipment was not placed in service and is in its original sealed package, we will accept the return within 15 days (from shipment of order) for a 15% re-stocking fee. If the equipment was placed in use, but within 30 days from shipment date, the re-stocking fee is 30%, provided that the equipment is received in good working condition and shows no sign of wear or abuse. After 30 days, we no longer accept returns.

Supplies and accessories: Return supplies and accessories in its original sealed container for a 15% re-stocking fee during the first 15 days (from shipment of order).  We do not accept return of supplies or accessories after 15 days.

Software: We do not accept software returns unless it is due to manufacturer defect. Such defect must be determined by the manufacturer customer support beforehand.

All returns: Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You may obtain an RMA by e-mailing idenx@diebold.com.
