A popular service for companies of all sizes. Contracting the task of managing id cards and id badges to an outside source is an alternative to the expense of acquiring and maintaining an identification station. Our ID cards service offers graphic design of high quality cards.
Our flexible program can meet your unique requirements and is cost effective. Your id card design may be a simple one with the sole purpose of identifying your employees to the public, or it may include bar code or magnetic stripe information for use in time clocks or security systems. The cards themselves are full color and may include a background picture of your facility or products. The end result is a professionally created id card of the highest quality that will enhance your organization's image and security.
THE PROCESS

Fill out a simple form (electronic or email), indicating the location of the pictures, badge orientation, logo, and
 other graphic components you would like included.

Send us the form with the appropriate files and payment instructions.

Within 3 days of receipt, we will send you sample cards for your approval.

Send us the employee pictures and information via email.

Receive the id cards via US Mail or UPS Overnight within three working days.
EQUIPMENT YOU WILL NEED

A digital camera with a transfer media.

A background for taking photos. You may also use a plain, well-lit wall or buy our cloth background.
