We collect personal information from candidates, clients, references, and sources and from affiliated third parties.
Candidate(s) means an individual who is a candidate, applicant, potential candidate, employee of a client; client(s) means any, business, firm, organization, government body or individual that mandates us to perform any of our services; a reference is a person who provides a personal or work reference in respect of a candidate and; a source is a person who provides us with information or intelligence about a candidate.

We conduct mapping or research exercises on behalf of our clients and present that information to third parties who may use that information to contact candidates. Here, we may include certain aspects of your personal data.

We also use your personal information to contact and communicate with you. For instance, we use your information to provide you with legal notices or to advise you of any changes to the Website or this Statement.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for the data processing activities of others, such as our clients, references or sources. We will use client data to perform our services to you and other legitimate business purposes such as marketing.
We will only use your personal information for electronic marketing purposes if we are allowed to do this by law or if we have your consent. Idenx is not in the business of selling your personal information to others. We also share information about our candidates, users and customers in aggregate or de-identified form, and nothing in this Privacy Statement restricts our use of aggregated or de-identified information in any way.

Idenx does not offer services or sell products for purchase by children (anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent. The Website is not intended for anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible.
